Account details you provide (name, email), your scan answers and business profile, and basic usage analytics (e.g. which steps of the product you used). If you upload business data in a future version of A8A, that data is described separately at the point of upload.
To run the diagnostic and generate findings for your business, to secure and operate your account, and to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
Product update emails are only sent if you separately opt in during registration. This is never required to use the diagnostic.
We do not sell your data. We do not send your business data to a third-party AI provider unless a specific feature that requires it is clearly described to you first.
Your data is retained to provide the service. Self-serve account and business deletion is planned; until then, you can request deletion by contacting us and we will action it manually.
Access to your business data is restricted to your account and authorised business members. We use industry-standard authentication practices to protect your account.
A8A uses a small amount of first-party session state (to keep your scan progress and login active) and a privacy-conscious analytics tool (PostHog) to understand which parts of the product are actually used, so we can prioritise fixing what matters. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell analytics data.
If you use A8A's Sales Outcome Engine and choose to connect your Gmail account, we request Google's gmail.send permission (plus your basic email address, used only to identify which mailbox is connected) solely to send outreach emails that you have personally reviewed and approved inside A8A. We do not request, access, read, or store the contents of your inbox, sent mail, drafts, contacts, or any other Gmail data. Every email is sent using the exact subject and body you approved — nothing is sent automatically or without your review. A8A's use of Google user data through this integration is limited to what is described here and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from within A8A, or revoke it directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
A8A is a business tool intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, children.
